Clare continues to have St. Elmo burn the crap out of people.
Patrick passes out.
Bill kills more.
Mike orders the ostriches to heal the zebra at all costs.
Lonestar guys start running, one comes through the door directly across from Clare.
Clare's in front of Phoebe, now at the top of the stairs. The Lonestar guy tries to shoot Phoebe through the invisible Claire. Clare passes out and becomes visible as she drops. Lonestar guy freaks out.
"Now Clare's down. Patrick, you're down. Galen's down..."
Phoebe asks some scared shitless scientists where the compound is and they deliver.
After Galen spends the entire encounter down, dying on the floor, Mitchell informs him that he could have spent his point of Edge to stabalize the entire time. Hope rises, then he realizes he that no, he can't.
Mike spends his Edge to move up in initiative to try to heal Galen. Mike tirades about the magic bag of jelly beans to use and the Queen Mother and killing Orks and Prince Charles.
"Now I just feel foolish riding a scientist around."
"Can I pass the bag to the ostrich?"
The first aid test fails.
Mike pours a potion that he thinks is full of rainbows and chocolate but is actually black goo. Galen comes back to life in Mike's eyes.
"Mmm, beaker of black mystery goo. Time to pour it down your throat."
Galen is stabalized.
Two of Mike's ostriches run away. He takes it out on his trusty steade.
Galen is now a zebra changeling. He is now a furry.
Combat is over and Mitchell informs us that all this happened in the span of a little more than 30 seconds.
Galen picks up a gun and starts shooting a corpse that bleeds. Mike sees the corpse as a honey bear and starts drinking the leaking honey.
Mike sees the vat of the chemical we need as a giant cigar. He sees everyone as Disney Princesses and Phoebe as the Queen Mother.
Tinkerbell (Bill) blows Mike's mind by picking up the giant cigar.
